These Subscription and Recurring Billing Terms are effective as of April 1, 2026 and replace all prior versions.

These Subscription and Recurring Billing Terms apply to any REMVER product or service offered on a subscription, membership, or recurring billing basis, including monthly or annual access plans and any other offering that involves automatic renewal or recurring charges. By completing a subscription purchase, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms and Conditions and Purchasing Policies, both available at www.Remver.com.
REMVER may offer subscription plans on a monthly, quarterly, annual, or other recurring basis. The specific features, content, access levels, and pricing for each plan are described on the applicable product or sales page at the time of purchase. Plan details are subject to change with advance notice to active subscribers as described in Section 9 of these terms.
By completing a subscription purchase, you expressly authorize REMVER to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis at the billing frequency and amount clearly stated at the time of your purchase. This authorization continues automatically until you cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 5, your subscription is terminated by REMVER, or your subscription otherwise ends.
Subscription payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal, both PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. REMVER does not store your full payment card details on its own systems. You agree to maintain a valid payment method on file for the duration of your subscription. To update your payment method, contact Accounting@Remver.com before your next renewal date.
Your billing cycle begins on the date your initial purchase is successfully processed and renews automatically on the same calendar date in each subsequent billing period. If your renewal date falls on a date that does not exist in a given month, the charge will be processed on the last day of that month.
All REMVER subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current subscription price unless you cancel before the renewal date. This is a core condition of all REMVER subscriptions and is disclosed clearly before you complete your purchase.
REMVER will send a renewal reminder email to the address on file in advance of each renewal charge. The reminder will include the renewal date, the amount to be charged, and cancellation instructions. You may cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period. See Section 5 for cancellation instructions.
Subscription charges from REMVER will appear on your bank or card statement under the REMVER billing descriptor. If you do not recognize a charge, contact Accounting@Remver.com before initiating a dispute with your financial institution. We can quickly verify the transaction and resolve any confusion.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your subscription. REMVER will collect and remit sales tax where required by applicable law.
If a recurring subscription payment fails or is declined, REMVER will attempt to process the charge again within a reasonable retry period. You will be notified by email if an initial charge fails. If the payment continues to fail after retry attempts, your subscription access may be suspended until the outstanding payment is resolved. Prolonged non-payment may result in termination of your subscription without a prorated refund.
To resolve a failed payment or update your payment method, contact Accounting@Remver.com promptly. REMVER will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you before suspending access.
If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan, contact us at Accounting@Remver.com. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prorated credits or charges for mid-cycle plan changes are handled at our discretion and will be communicated to you clearly before any change is applied.
You may cancel your REMVER subscription at any time by contacting us at Accounting@Remver.com or calling 1-866-573-6837. There is no cancellation fee. To ensure your request is processed without delay, include your full name, email address associated with your subscription, the name of the subscription you wish to cancel, and your preferred cancellation date. We will process your request within 2 business days and send written confirmation. Retain this confirmation as proof of cancellation.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access through the end of the period for which you have already paid. No further charges are assessed after cancellation is confirmed. Access is removed at the conclusion of the paid period.
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, submit your cancellation request and receive written confirmation from REMVER before your renewal date. Cancellation requests received after a renewal charge has been processed take effect at the end of that newly charged billing period. Refunds for already-processed renewal charges are not automatically issued but may be considered as described in our Purchasing Policies at www.Remver.com.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as described in our Purchasing Policies at www.Remver.com. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already billed for the current or prior periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact Accounting@Remver.com within 7 days of the charge.
Any content, documents, or materials legitimately downloaded or saved prior to your cancellation effective date remain yours to retain and use under the personal use license granted at the time of your original subscription purchase
REMVER may update these Subscription and Recurring Billing Terms at any time. For material changes affecting active subscribers, including pricing, renewal terms, or cancellation procedures, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice by email to the address on file before the changes take effect. For non-material or administrative updates, we will update the effective date and post revised terms at www.Remver.com without prior email notice.
Your continued use of your subscription after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to an update, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date at no charge.
REMVER also reserves the right to change subscription pricing for existing active subscribers with 30 days advance notice. The new price applies at your first renewal date after the notice period ends. If you do not cancel before that date, your continued subscription constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
In accordance with the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act, FTC regulations on negative option marketing, and applicable state subscription laws, REMVER clearly discloses all material subscription terms before purchase, obtains your express informed consent to recurring charges, provides a simple and accessible cancellation mechanism, and does not make cancellation unreasonably difficult.
