These Mobile Terms and SMS Terms are effective as of April 1, 2026 and replace all prior versions.

1. SMS Program Description

Remver Holdings, Inc. operates an SMS messaging program that allows us to communicate with customers, subscribers, and prospective clients who have opted in to receive text messages. REMVER uses two separate, distinct, and independent SMS programs: one for transactional and service-related messages and one for marketing communications. Each program requires separate, affirmative, voluntary consent. Consent to one program does not constitute consent to the other.

These Mobile Terms and SMS Terms govern your participation in both programs. By opting in to either or both programs, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before providing your phone number on any REMVER form, landing page, or funnel.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

REMVER forms, landing pages, and funnels include two separate, optional, unchecked SMS consent checkboxes at the point of collection. Neither box is pre-checked. You may select one, both, or neither. Providing your phone number without checking a consent box does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages of any kind.

By checking either or both boxes, you represent and confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided, that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are located in the United States, and that you have the authority to consent to receive automated text messages at that number.

Consent is entirely voluntary and is never a condition of purchasing any REMVER product or service, accessing any free resource, or engaging REMVER for consulting services.

Transactional SMS Consent Language

By checking this box, you agree to receive recurring automated transactional SMS messages from Remver Holdings, Inc. at the phone number provided, including appointment reminders, meeting confirmations, and service-related notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. This consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Marketing SMS Consent Language

By checking this box, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing SMS messages from Remver Holdings, Inc. at the phone number provided, including promotional offers, product updates, and news about REMVER services and events. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. This consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. 3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies for both programs and is not fixed in advance. The number of messages you receive will depend on your level of engagement with REMVER including whether you have active inquiries, scheduled appointments, open purchases, or active subscriptions. Transactional messages are sent only in response to specific triggers such as scheduled appointments or purchase activity. Marketing messages are sent periodically based on REMVER campaigns and announcements. REMVER will not send unsolicited, irrelevant, or excessive messages.

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS messages you send and receive in connection with REMVER communications. These charges are assessed solely by your mobile carrier based on your individual plan and are not charged by REMVER. REMVER does not receive any portion of carrier messaging charges. If you are unsure whether your plan includes unlimited messaging, contact your mobile carrier before opting in.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of either or both REMVER SMS programs at any time, for any reason, and at no cost. To stop receiving text messages from REMVER, use any of the following methods:

  • Reply STOP to any SMS message from REMVER
  • Send an email to Legal@Remver.com requesting removal from SMS communications
  • Call us at 1-866-573-6837 and request to be removed

Upon receipt of your opt-out request, we will send you a single confirmation message and then cease all further SMS communications from the applicable program. Opt-outs are processed promptly. Opting out of one program does not automatically opt you out of the other. If you wish to opt out of both programs, please state that clearly in your request. If you continue to receive messages after opting out, contact us at Legal@Remver.com.

6. Help Instructions

If you need assistance with REMVER SMS communications, including questions about your opt-in status, message frequency, or how to opt out, reply HELP to any REMVER text message. You may also contact us directly at Legal@Remver.com or by calling 1-866-573-6837. We will respond to SMS support inquiries promptly during normal business hours.

7. Supported Carriers Disclaimer

REMVER SMS messaging is supported by most major US mobile carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carrier support is not universally guaranteed and may vary by carrier, plan type, or geographic location. REMVER is not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages resulting from carrier outages, network congestion, device compatibility issues, or other circumstances outside our control. If you are consistently not receiving messages after opting in, contact us at Legal@Remver.com and we will investigate.

8. Eligibility

REMVER SMS programs are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, are located in the United States, and are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided. REMVER SMS communications are intended for business professionals and organizations. They are not directed to consumers for personal, family, or household purposes. By opting in, you represent that you meet all eligibility requirements.

9. Privacy and Data Use

REMVER does not sell, rent, lease, trade, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent data with any third party for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes. This commitment is unconditional and applies regardless of business relationships, partnerships, or affiliate arrangements.

REMVER uses GoHighLevel as its primary CRM and marketing automation platform to manage, send, and track SMS communications. Your phone number may also be processed by underlying telecommunications carriers and SMS gateway providers necessary to route and deliver messages. All service providers are contractually prohibited from using your phone number for any purpose other than delivering REMVER messages on our behalf.

We collect your mobile phone number, your consent record including the date time and method of opt-in, and message delivery and interaction data. This information is used exclusively to deliver the SMS messages you have consented to receive, maintain consent records for compliance and audit purposes, process opt-out requests, and operate our SMS program.

Following your opt-out, we retain a suppression record containing your number and opt-out date to ensure you are not inadvertently re-enrolled. For complete information on how we handle your personal data, see our Privacy Policy at www.Remver.com/privacy-policy.

10. Changes to Mobile Terms

REMVER may update these Mobile Terms and SMS Terms at any time to reflect changes in our messaging practices, applicable law, or carrier requirements. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. We will post any updated version at www.Remver.com/mobile-terms. Your continued participation in REMVER SMS communications after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to updated terms, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REMVER, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, REGULATORY PENALTIES, AUDIT FINDINGS, COMPLIANCE FAILURES, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES, WEBSITE, OR DIGITAL PRODUCTS, EVEN IF REMVER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO REMVER IN THE SIX CALENDAR MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
