Built to close the gap between strategic intent and operational reality

Remver exists to help leaders build the operating discipline required to modernize without creating avoidable risk.

How Our Standard Was Formed

Shaped by environments where execution failure has consequences

The discipline behind Remver was shaped by more than two decades of experience in mission-critical, regulated, and operationally complex environments. That background informs a practical understanding of how organizations perform under pressure: execution depends on structure, governance, accountability, and control working together.
01

Operational Clarity

We bring structure to complex environments through enterprise-grade rigor scaled for practical execution.
02

Resilience by Design

We embed security, compliance, and risk management into the foundation of operations — not as afterthoughts.
03

Intelligent Execution

We prioritize disciplined implementation and sustained performance over experimentation or trend-driven initiatives.
Leadership

Architect of the Operating Model

Dr. Claudia Tatum

Founder & President

Dr. Tatum brings more than two decades of experience across resilience, risk, continuity, and regulated operating environments. Her perspective was shaped in settings where operational failure carries material consequences and where governance, execution, and accountability must function as a single system.

Her background includes service in the U.S. Army, government contracting supporting mission-critical operations, and internal leadership roles across Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Second Line of Defense risk functions within highly regulated organizations including Lockheed Martin, Citigroup, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo.

At Remver, Dr. Tatum translates this institutional rigor into a repeatable Integrated Operating Model for mid-market organizations adopting AI, automation, and new ways of working.

“I founded Remver to address a recurring gap I observed inside complex institutions — the distance between strategic intent and operational reality. Over years of managing systemic risk from within regulated environments, it became clear that speed without discipline creates fragility. Remver exists to provide leaders with the structure, sequence, and integrated decision-making required to build operations designed to endure.”

A strategic partner for change that must endure

Clients engage Remver not simply to implement change, but to ensure change is structured, governed, and sustained in practice. We work with organizations that recognize the cost of getting the sequence wrong — and that value judgment as much as execution.
